Infrastructure Room

The hosting room for all open data standards to enhance the support for infrastructure works is the Infrastructure Room.

There are two committees:

InfraCom and Steering Committee

Vision

The partners of the "openInfra" initiative have the ambition to develop common principles for achieving process integration during the design, construction and maintenance phases of infrastructure development. OpenInfra believes that the development and deployment of appropriate building information models (BIM) is an important enabler for achieving the objectives.

Standardization Projects

The roadmap of the infrastructure room has identified several areas for standardization needs, including overall alignment information, data models for bridges, roads and tunnels.
